7-day free trial

Finish bar inventory by talking, not typing.

Pick up a bottle, say the name and the level, and it's counted. Parbrix turns those counts into par-based orders and costs every cocktail on your menu.

How it works

Three steps. One of them is just talking.

  1. 01

    Say it.

Pick up the bottle. Say the name and the level. The count saves on your phone, even in the walk-in with no signal.

    “Woodford Reserve, four point six”
  2. 02

    Review it.

Counts land on your dashboard. Anything that looks off gets flagged for a second look. Approve the rest in one pass.

  3. 03

    Order it.

Parbrix checks what's on the shelf against your pars and builds the order for you, grouped by vendor.

Voice counting

Count the way you'd say it out loud.

Talk like you're calling it out to the barback. Parbrix keeps the last number you meant and drops the rest. Need a quick fix? Tap a tenth.

  • Works offline. Counts wait on the phone and sync when you're back upstairs.
  • Handles “uh, four point five, no, four point six.”
  • Tenths buttons and Undo for when the bar is too loud to talk.

Review on the dashboard

You check the odd ones. Approve the rest.

Every count shows up next to last week's. Parbrix flags the lines worth a second look: big jumps with no delivery, numbers that don't sound right, bottles nobody counted.

Par-based ordering

The order is written before you sit down.

Set a par for each bottle once. After every count, Parbrix shows what's under par, what's getting close, and how many to order. Each vendor gets its own list, ready to send to your rep.

Cocktail and batch costing

Know what every drink costs to pour.

Build your specs once. Parbrix costs each cocktail from your real bottle prices, including the syrups and infusions you batch in-house. Set a target pour cost and it suggests a menu price.

Built by a bartender Placeholder copy

I've done this count a few hundred times.

[Placeholder] I've worked hotel bars, a golf club and high-volume rooms where the well never stopped. Every one of them counted bottles the same way: a clipboard, a cold walk-in and a spreadsheet nobody trusted.

[Placeholder] I built Parbrix so the count happens at the speed you can talk, and the order is ready when you're done. Replace this with your own note.

FAQ

Questions

Something else? support@parbrix.com

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Counts save on your phone in the walk-in, the basement or anywhere else. They sync to the dashboard when you're back in signal.

Which phones and tablets?

Parbrix runs on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. The dashboard runs in any modern web browser.

Does it connect to my POS?

Yes, by report. Upload a sales report from your POS and Parbrix shows variance: what was poured against what was sold. POS report variance is part of the Top Shelf plan. Live POS sync is coming later.

Can I import my spreadsheet?

Yes. Bring your item list, sizes and pars from your current sheet so you don't start from zero. Parbrix imports CSV, Excel and PDF files, with more formats coming.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your counts, orders and costing are yours. Export them any time as CSV, Excel or PDF.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you won't be charged. There's no setup fee.
